Our experienced Executive chef Jakub Janda, together with his team, prepares gourmet experiences, including degustation dinner menu.
The patio with its sea view and the surrounding garden and pool is the perfect setting for lunch or dinner. Restaurant is suitable for business lunches as well. Tulia Zanzibar Unique Beach Resort is the only resort in the country to serve unique and individual menu even during the breakfast.

Born into a family of chefs, Jakub grew up as 4th generation of chefs and cooking is family tradition and passion. He has experience from the best restaurants in Czech Republic and also from many international projects: Flambée, Le Terroir, Náprstek, Chateau St. Havel. Special skills: fish meals and venison meat. Jakub is a member culinary team since its opening. His delight is creating new dishes using only the highest quality ingredients, primarily from local sources. Modern presentation, natural taste of high quality not quantity. The approach is to keep food simple and fresh. Our kitchen is pleased to offer you homemade bread and bakery, and other homemade specialties. We strive to concentrate to extreme attention to detail and individual personality of our guests.
